These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the bfh-youtube application ("the App"), an internal automation tool operated by Black Forest Holding for publishing and analyzing its own video content. By using the App you agree to these Terms.
The App is intended for use by Black Forest Holding and individuals it authorizes, to manage content on accounts it owns or controls. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of any third-party platform it interacts with.
The App relies on third-party services, including YouTube API Services. Your use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of those third-party services.
The App's handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet any particular requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Forest Holding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
